Job summary

EY seeks a Manager in the Order to Cash (O2C) practice to optimize revenue cycles using deep process expertise and technology-enabled transformation. You will work with client stakeholders across finance, sales, customer service, and IT to improve cash flow and reduce revenue leakage.

You will lead workstreams through assessments, design, implementation, testing, and value realization, traveling up to 60% to client sites and mentoring junior team members along the way.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, IS, Supply Chain or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Order to Cash, AR, Revenue Operations or Finance Transformation.
• Experience leading or supporting O2C transformation initiatives across invoicing, billing, collections, cash application and revenue accounting.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, HighRadius, Zuora or similar ERP/revenue platforms.
• Understanding AI platforms and prompting for O2C insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing O2C transformation engagements with clear objectives and outcomes.
• Assess current-state processes and design future-state operating models.
• Identify improvements using automation, orchestration and AI.
• Develop implementation roadmaps and manage risks and issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define deployment plans.
• Facilitate workshops with finance, accounts receivable, customer service, and shared services.
• Translate requirements into designs, tests, and training materials.
• Support system implementation, configuration, testing and adoption across O2C platforms.
• Drive working capital improvement and faster cash collection.
