Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager with deep Order-to-Cash expertise and Media & Entertainment sector fluency to lead technology-enabled O2C transformations for studios, networks, streamers, ad sales organizations, and live venues.

You will design operating models, manage end-to-end workstreams, and translate pain points into measurable value, while coaching staff and contributing to proposals and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, O2C process design or revenue operations; consulting experience strongly preferred.
• Proven Media & Entertainment, TMT or high-volume consumer revenue sector experience.
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation and written deliverable skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end O2C workstreams across the full taxonomy: lead-to-quote, quote-to-order, order-to-invoice and invoice-to-cash.
• Assess O2C organizations and processes; develop transformation roadmaps and business cases.
• Design target operating models for O2C functions with governance and data requirements.
• Facilitate design workshops; drive decisions and document dispositions.
• Manage day-to-day delivery: workplan, RAID log, scope, and engagement economics.
• Translate O2C pain points into quantified value cases; coach staff and contribute to proposals.
