Tessenderlo Kerley, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ seeks an O2C Manager to own end-to-end Order to Cash across four divisions, driving governance, standardization and cross-functional alignment.

You will partner with Sales, Finance, Credit, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate billing, dispute resolution, and cash application while upholding enterprise-wide controls. Lead process maturity initiatives, pursue automation and continuous improvement, and manage performance metrics such as DSO, billing accuracy,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Order to Cash, Commercial Operations, or related process leadership.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC (O2C modules strongly preferred).
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior commercial and functional leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the complete Order to Cash lifecycle across all four commercial divisions.
• Define, document, and maintain standardized end-to-end O2C processes, policies, and controls.
• Ensure consistent execution while accommodating approved divisional differences through governance, not workarounds.
• Serve as the escalation point for O2C process issues, exceptions, and performance gaps.
• Partner with Sales, Commercial Operations, Finance, Credit, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to align execution with commercial strategy.
• Balance customer experience, revenue protection, and operational discipline.
• Drive collaboration and decision-making across divisions; prevent local optimization at the expense of enterprise outcomes.
• Enforce governance standards for pricing, order entry, billing accuracy, credit policies, and dispute management.
• Approve or reject process exceptions before system or operational impact.
• Ensure O2C controls support audit readiness, revenue recognition, and financial integrity.
• Act as the business authority for O2C-related changes within S/4HANA.
