Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Order to Cash or related finance transformation.
• Experience with ERP and revenue management platforms (SAP/HighRadius/Zuora).
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable tech-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing O2C transformation engagements and define objectives and outcomes.
• Assess current-state O2C processes and design future-state operating models.
• Identify opportunities using automation, AI, and technology to improve cash flow, reduce aging receivables, and enhance operations.
• Drive transformation initiatives across invoicing, billing, collections, cash application, deductions, and revenue accounting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop implementation roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops with finance, AR, customer service, and shared services teams.
• Translate requirements into functional designs, test plans, and deployment strategies.
• Support system implementation, configuration, testing, and adoption across O2C platforms.
• Travel up to 60% to client sites as needed.
