Job summary

O-I, a global leader in glass packaging, seeks a Global Process Owner for Order to Cash. You will drive end-to-end transformation, standardization, and automation, partnering with Commercial, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain to align strategy with execution.

You will lead a cross-functional team, set governance, measure performance, and ensure compliance while embedding continuous learning and improvements across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or related field.
• Senior process expert with strong business acumen and ability to lead through influence.
• 7+ years experience in a GBS/multi-functional shared services environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term vision for the Order to Cash process.
• Develop and maintain a global transformation roadmap focused on digital enablement and standardization.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure end-to-end performance.
• Own global Order to Cash policies and controls with governance and compliance.
• Promote policy adoption and compliance through governance and change management.
