Job summary

Azenta Life Sciences seeks a Director of Order-to-Cash to lead the end-to-end O2C function, including billing, collections, and cash applications. You will guide AR, dispute resolution, and customer inquiries while driving process transformation across a global, high-volume environment.

This role partners with Sales, IT and Finance to standardize workflows, enhance data quality, and improve cash flow metrics. A senior level leader with 10+ years in O2C is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in order-to-cash, accounts receivable, billing, or shared services.
• Proven leadership of global or regional teams.
• Experience with transformation programs improving cash flow and DSO.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end O2C operations, including billing, collections, and cash applications.
• Oversee AR, credit control, and customer inquiries with a focus on process excellence.
• Drive global O2C standardization across regions and platforms.
• Partner with Sales, IT, Operations and Controllership to align processes and data quality.
• Develop and execute a collections strategy across customer segments and regions.
