Job summary

Telix Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Order to Cash to lead end-to-end O2C for multiple entities. You will oversee onboarding, master data governance, billing, collections, cash application, disputes, and close, while partnering with Commercial Operations, Sales, Tax, IT, and Finance to optimize cash flow and establish strong governance.

The role emphasizes process improvement, automation, and SOX-compliant controls.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Order-to-Cash across multiple entities.
• Strong governance, SOX controls, and process standardization.
• Ability to partner with Commercial, Finance, IT, and Sales to improve cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Own the full O2C lifecycle from onboarding to close and reporting.
• Establish governance, SLAs, and escalation paths for O2C activities.
• Lead the O2C team with hands-on support for critical issues.
• Drive accountability, customer service, and continuous improvement in O2C.
• Oversee master data governance for customers and pricing, including tax status and terms.
• Ensure SOX-compliant controls over data changes and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with finance and IT to ensure accurate revenue recognition and billing.
