Job summary

TCC Group in New York City seeks an energetic Associate Consultant to join as a full-time team member with flexibility on start location due to COVID-19. You will contribute to project management, data collection and analysis, and the development of client deliverables.

Responsibilities span client engagement support, CCAT administration, and cross-team collaboration. A background in philanthropy or nonprofit management is preferred, with strong communication and analytic skills essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Experience in nonprofit, philanthropy, or consulting with social sector focus.
• Minimum of 3 years in project management, strategy, qualitative research, or organizational development.
• History of working with diverse communities across social, economic and cultural differences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data tools (Excel; familiarity with SPSS is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Assist project leads to define scope, track progress, and manage contracts.
• Coordinate client relationships and communicate via phone or email.
• Conduct data collection, summarize findings, and prepare client deliverables.
• Support CCAT administration and related coordination with platform partners.
• Draft proposals, scopes, and workplans for engagements; assist with business development.
