• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• Proven outside sales success in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Experience selling to distributors, OEMs, or end-users desirable.

Responsabilités

• Identify and target new potential customers within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quotas.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements.
• Present proposals, product demonstrations, and specifications.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions for profitable sales.
