Qualifications

• 2+ years of territory management experience.
• Experience with account management.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Experience with sales forecasting.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC industry and products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans for assigned geographic regions.
• Manage relationships with SMBs, residential HVAC, commercial HVAC-R, and industrial accounts.
• Conduct customer visits and build strong account relationships.
• Generate leads and develop a healthy sales pipeline.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and monitor territory performance.
• Analyze market conditions, customer needs, and competitive activity.
• Negotiate contracts and support account growth.
• Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information in the CRM.
• Travel weekly throughout the assigned region.
