Job summary

Worthington Enterprises, Inc. designs and manufactures HVAC parts and components including Elgen products for North American markets.

We are seeking a Territory Manager to drive revenue growth in Kentucky, Ohio, and Michigan, ideally based near Columbus, with up to 75% travel. You will identify new customers, develop strategic sales plans, present technical specifications, negotiate terms, and coordinate with inside sales, engineering and production to ensure satisfaction and on-time order

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience selling manufactured products to distributors, OEMs, or related industrial sectors.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target new potential customers within the assigned territory (KY, OH, MI).
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quotas and revenue targets.
• Conduct needs assessments and present proposals, product demonstrations, and technical specifications.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure profitable sales agreements.
• Collaborate with inside sales, engineering, and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction and order fulfillment.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular forecasts and activity reports.
