Responsibilities

• Plan required testing: review categories, inspections, and deadlines; manage windows and priorities.
• Coordinate customers and third-party witnesses: set dates, accommodate requirements, follow up.
• Build and maintain the testing schedule: input/transfer work to weekly schedule and update as needed.
• Confirm work before execution: obtain confirmations, send reminders, inform stakeholders.
• Support compliance and accurate records: track deadlines and maintain needed records.
• Manage recurring schedule communication: prepare weekly scheduling review.
