Qualifications

• Enrollment in a BSN program and 2 years of nursing experience.
• Graduate from Specialty Training Program (Required). Enrollment in Bachelor's Degree in Related Field (Required).
• Licensed Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania (RN).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the delivery of nursing care on assigned units.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and regulations; support organizational vision and goals.
• Provide supervision, mentoring, and development for staff; manage scheduling and staffing needs.

Education

Specialty Nursing Training Program graduate

Enrollment in Bachelor's Degree in Related Field

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
