Job summary

Geisinger Wyoming Valley seeks an experienced nursing leader to coordinate and supervise the delivery of care on assigned units. The role ensures compliance with directives, policies and regulations while driving improvements in patient care delivery.

You will support the Nursing Department’s vision and manage clinical practice, budgeting, and regulatory activities, fostering a high-quality patient experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program (Required).
• Enrollment in Bachelor's Degree in Related Field (Required).
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and supervise delivery on assigned units.
• Ensure compliance with directives, policies, laws, and regulations.
• Develop and initiate improvements in patient care organization and delivery.
• Support the vision, mission, and goals of Nursing Department and organization.
• Provide leadership in clinical practice, budgetary personnel activities, and regulatory tasks.
• Promote a positive patient/family experience through optimal interactions.
