Geisinger is seeking an administrative leader to provide oversight of operations for assigned departments. The role focuses on business development, regulatory activities, and performance improvement to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient operations.

The position requires strong managerial experience, healthcare background, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a complex hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years managerial/supervisory experience.
• Minimum 3 years healthcare experience.

Responsabilités

• Provides operational accountability and administrative leadership for assigned areas.
• Serves as department liaison with outside constituents and active participant in management forums.
• Collaborates in developing, revising, and auditing department policies and procedures.
• Develops business plans including budgets, facilities and capital analyses, market analyses, growth plans and contingency plans.
• Oversees the development and implementation of strategic and tactical operational plans.
• Responsible for the financial performance of all assigned areas.
• Implements activities to educate staff on key performance indicators and ensures staff engagement.
• Directs and monitors patient access and efficiency goals and outpatient care management.
