Geisinger is seeking an RN to join as Clinical Team Coordinator RN on a patient‑care oriented unit. You will supervise nursing staff, support quality improvements, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver high‑quality, safe patient care.

The role emphasizes leadership in daily operations, staff mentoring, and participation in policy and regulatory compliance to enhance patient outcomes and team performance. This position requires active PA RN licensure and BSN-aligned education.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania or eligible to practice in PA.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing with leadership coursework preferred.
• Experience coordinating nursing care on an inpatient unit is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and supervise nursing care on the assigned unit.
• Support improvements and patient care optimization with leadership on the unit.
• Provide direct patient care and supervision to staff; assist with orientation.
• Participate in nursing policy formulation and regulatory compliance.
