Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer calls promptly, transfer calls, and gather information to resolve requests.
• Greet patients and visitors; provide administrative support to clinical teams.
• Distribute a Welcome Packet and help orient guests to care areas.
• Maintain nursing station organization and manage inventory and supplies.
• Maintain non-electronic patient records for code blue/trauma documentation.
• Scan consents and call all consults; ensure mobile computers are charged nightly.
• Maintain patient placement data in electronic applications and unit spreadsheets.
