PACS Group in Ashland, Oregon is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to ensure adequate nursing department staffing based on budget and census, under facility administration.

The role involves maintaining staff contact records, preparing schedules, coordinating interviews, and reporting staffing concerns to the DNS. Candidates should be proficient in English, enjoy teamwork, and handle confidential information with care.

Formación

• Must possess a high school education or its equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to read technical procedures.
• Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public.
• Mathematical skills: fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions.
• Must be a team player and able to make independent decisions when necessary.
• Must be able to lift/move light office items and interact with residents.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a current listing of all resident care employee phone numbers.
• Prepare nursing schedules and post time schedules.
• Coordinate interviews for new hires and assist with orientation.
• Report staffing issues to the DNS and assist in staffing decisions.
• Protect resident information and ensure policy compliance.
