Ashland SNF Healthcare, LLC in Ashland, OR is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to manage staffing and scheduling for the nursing department. You will ensure adequate coverage based on census and budget while reporting to the Director of Nursing Services.

The role requires organizing employee records, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate attendance calendars. Strong English communication and confidentiality are essential for success in this position.

Formación

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to read technical procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a current listing of all resident care employee phone numbers.
• Maintain daily tardy and absenteeism calendars and report excess to the DNS.
• Coordinate nursing schedules to ensure unit coverage.
• Assist with new hire paperwork, time cards, and related staffing records.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications for nursing staff.
• Prepare reports of nursing department labor issues for DNS and committees.
• Attend committee meetings related to staffing and recruitment as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and ensure proper login security.
• Support in-service education records and orientation scheduling for new personnel.
