• Reviews staffing grids for each unit and ensures appropriate staffing levels at the start of each shift.
• Manages the sick call line for Nursing units.
• Prepares daily sign-in sheets for staff using Kronos.
• Updates the active schedule in Kronos with changes daily.
• Completes weekly data entry in preparation for Payroll.
• Obtains management authorization for overtime, time-off, shift trades and vacations.
