You will assist in orientation, maintain records, and respond to staffing inquiries, contributing to high-quality resident care and workforce efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school education or its equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
• Must be a supportive team member with ability to make independent decisions when warranted.
• Must relate information concerning a resident’s condition and work harmoniously with others.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a current listing of all resident care employee phone numbers and schedules.
• Assist in coordinating annual and monthly nursing schedules for adequate unit coverage.
• Prepare and file staffing and attendance reports and related records.
• Coordinate interviews and assist with new hire orientations.
• Respond to staffing/scheduling inquiries and maintain confidential employee information.
