Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day nursing assistants’ activities ensuring compliance with current rules and facility policies.
• Lead the Nursing Service department and coordinate with other departments for resident care as needed.
• Review and update Nursing Service Procedures Manual and related policies.
• Participate in development and evaluation of discharge plans and resident care plans.
• Complete and review nursing documentation, charts, and incident reports.
• Supervise staff to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
