Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a current resident care employee phone list and scheduling records.
• Coordinate nursing schedules to ensure adequate unit coverage and timely postings.
• Review and file documents for hiring, reclassification, and discharge per policy.
• Support DNS with staffing reports, attendance, and performance documentation.
• Assist with training records, orientation, and staff development activities.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of resident and staff information.
