Yale New Haven Health Services Corp. seeks an Assistant Patient Services Manager to lead a patient services unit, ensuring safe, efficient care and optimal patient flow. The APSM partners with charge nurses, bed management, and medical teams to sustain quality, PFCC, and financial performance.

Requirements include a BSN (Master's preferred), CT RN licensure, and at least two years as a nurse with leadership experience; candidates should embrace innovation and teamwork.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred (One degree must be in nursing).
• Two years of clinical nurse experience and minimum 1 year leadership experience: committees, charge role, project management or similar.
• Current CT state RN licensure and/or eligibility; specialty certification preferred or willing to obtain within 18 months of hire.
• Ability to direct a diverse workforce in a 24 hour per day operational environment with innovation and best practices.
