• Bachelor's degree is required (one degree must be in nursing).
• Two years of clinical nurse experience and a minimum of 1 year leadership/supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead patient flow in collaboration with nurse leadership and medical teams to ensure safe, timely care.
• Ensure safe staffing levels and clinical competencies to provide high-quality nursing care.
• Participate in financial planning and forecasting related to unit operations and organizational goals.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality care, and PFCC across the unit.
• Oversee continuity of patient flow in outpatient settings and collaborate with front desk and ancillary services.
