Job summary

Yale-New Haven Health (YNHH) is seeking an Assistant Patient Services Manager (APSM) to lead a defined nursing unit, promoting safe, efficient, high-quality care across 24/7 operations in New Haven.

The APSM will partner with charge nurses, bed management, and medical teams to optimize patient flow, staffing, budgeting, and PFCC principles. The role requires a BSN and leadership experience, CT RN licensure, and willingness to obtain specialty certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead service excellence and monitor patient and family interactions.
