Yale New Haven Health is seeking an Assistant Patient Services Manager (APSM) to lead nursing teams, oversee patient flow, and ensure safe, high-quality care across care settings at the organization’s facilities in Connecticut. The role requires a strong nursing background and leadership experience within a 24/7 hospital environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred (one degree must be in nursing).
• Two years of clinical nurse experience and a minimum of 1 year leadership/supervisory experience.
• Current CT state RN licensure and/or eligibility for CT licensure required; specialty certification preferred or willing to obtain within 18 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Lead in patient flow and staffing to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Ensure safe staffing levels and clinical competence in the unit or care area.
• Participate in financial forecasting and unit strategies to support organizational goals.
• Promote a culture of quality and safety and model PFCC principles.
• Model service excellence and ensure patient and family centered care standards.
• Oversee clinical leadership in outpatient urology and related operations.
