Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a scheduling-focused healthcare administrator to assist the Director of Nursing in planning and directing the nursing schedule. You will create a four-week master schedule and post it according to campus policy, while adjusting staffing for budget and census changes.

You will manage PTO requests, holiday rotations, and shift trades, ensuring proper hours and attendance, with direct patient care as needed within your license scope.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling staff and managing time-sensitive shifts.
• Credentialed nursing license or certification current in state.
• Familiarity with healthcare policies and staffing guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing to plan, organize, and direct the nursing schedule.
• Create and post a four-week master schedule per Campus policy.
• Adjust staffing based on budget, census, and leave needs.
• Coordinate PTO, holidays, and shift trades for nursing staff.
• Ensure proper staff hours, ratios, and attendance processes.
