Job summary

Trilogy Health Services seeks a Scheduling Coordinator to support the Director of Nursing by planning, developing, and directing the nursing service schedule. You will ensure staffing aligns with regulations while meeting patient care and customer service needs.

Responsibilities include creating and posting a four-week master schedule, adjusting staffing per census and budget, managing PTO and shift trades, and onboarding new staff to ensure smooth operations across the campus.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating schedules for nursing staff.
• Ability to manage PTO requests, holidays, and shift trades.
• Familiarity with staffing metrics, census, and stay compliant with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Creates the campus four week Master set schedule and posts it.
• Makes staffing adjustments based on budget, census, and leave.
• Manages PTO requests, holiday rotations, and shift trades.
• Generates postings such as daily assignment sheets and monthly schedules.
• Manages nursing hours (PPD) and staff-to-census ratios.
• Tracks Time and Attendance, including attendance points and incentives.
• Uses SmartLinx to post and fill open shifts and message employees.
• Orientates new employees on schedules and onboarding.
• Provide direct patient care as needed within license scope.
