You will create the campus master schedule, adjust staffing as needed, and support onboarding while maintaining optimal patient care and service quality. This role emphasizes reliability, communication, and compliance.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Candidates with CNA/QMA/LPN/RN credentials will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Create and post a four-week master schedule.
• Adjust staffing per budget, census, and leave.
• Manage PTO requests, holidays, and shift trades.
