Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Indiana is seeking an experienced scheduling professional to assist the Director of Nursing in planning, developing, and directing the nursing schedule to meet regulatory guidelines and patient care needs.

Responsibilities include posting four-week master schedules, adjusting staffing, coordinating PTO and shift trades, managing time and attendance, and onboarding new staff. A caring, team-oriented environment awaits with competitive benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must have current, valid state CNA and QMA (CMA) certifications.
• CPR certification required.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and post the campus's four-week Master schedule.
• Make staffing adjustments based on budget, census, and absences.
• Coordinate PTO, holidays, and shift trades.
• Generate postings such as BIPA, daily assignment sheets, and monthly schedules.
• Manage nursing hours (PPD) and staff-to-census ratios.
• Oversee Time and Attendance, including points, buy-backs, and incentives.
• Utilize Smartlinx for posting/filling open shifts and messaging staff.
• Meet new employees to review schedules and onboarding needs.
• Provide direct patient care as needed as a CNA or QMA.
