Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC, based in Indiana, is seeking a scheduling-focused professional to support the Director of Nursing in planning and directing the nursing service program. This role involves creating weekly master schedules, posting postings, and ensuring appropriate staff coverage and onboarding for new team members.

You will manage attendance processes, PTO requests, shift trades, and use scheduling tools to optimize staffing.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant scheduling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates the campus’ four (4) week Master set schedule and posts schedule in accordance with the Scheduling Standards policy.
• Generates all required postings such as BIPA, daily assignment sheets, and monthly schedules.
• Manages nursing hours (PPD) and proper staff ratio to census.
• Manages Time and Attendance, including Attendance points, buy‑backs, shift pickup incentives.
• Utilizes Smartlinx’s functionality, including posting open shifts, filling open shifts, PTO approval/denial and employee messaging.
• Manages, supports, and coordinates employees' PTO requests, holiday rotations, and shift trades.
• Meets each new employee to review their schedule, ask what needs they have, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
