Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Ashland, OH, seeks a Scheduling Supervisor to assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing the nursing service schedule across the campus. The role emphasizes timely staffing, policy adherence, and patient care within licensure scope.

You will coordinate staffing, PTO, leave, and onboarding while ensuring adequate nurse-to-patient ratios and smooth operations. This is a full-time on-site opportunity in a caring long-term care community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant nursing/healthcare experience preferred.
• Candidates should hold CNA, QMA, LPN or RN credentials; non-clinical candidates considered with sufficient experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates a four-week Master schedule and posts it per campus policy.
• Adjusts staffing for budget, census, call-offs, and planned leave.
• Manages PTO requests, holiday rotations and shift trades.
• Generates postings and monthly schedules.
• Monitors nursing hours and staff-to-census ratio.
• Oversees Time and Attendance, attendance points, buy-backs, incentives.
• Utilizes Smartlinx for posting/open shifts and messaging.
• Onboards new employees by reviewing schedules and needs.
• Provides direct patient care as needed within license scope.
