Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Ohio is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to assist the Director of Nursing by planning and directing the nursing service schedule across the campus. You will ensure staffing aligns with policy, census, and budget while delivering quality patient care.

Qualified candidates may hold CNA/QMA/LPN/RN credentials with 1–3 years of relevant experience. High school diploma or GED is preferred, and non-clinical applicants with appropriate experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Current valid CNA, QMA, LPN or RN credential required.
• Non-clinical candidates will be considered with appropriate level of experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates the campus four-week master schedule and posts it.
• Makes staffing adjustments per budget, census, calls-offs, and leaves.
• Manages PTO, holidays, and shift trades.
• Generates postings such as BIPA and monthly schedules.
• Manages nursing hours (PPD) and staff-to-census ratios.
• Manages Time and Attendance, including attendance points and buy-backs.
• Uses Smartlinx for posting and filling shifts and messaging.
• Onboards new employees by reviewing schedules and needs.
• Provides direct patient care as needed per license/certification.
