Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in North Baltimore, OH, is seeking a scheduling leader to plan, develop, organize, and direct the nursing service schedule. You will ensure coverage aligns with rules, regulations, and patient care needs across shifts.

You will create a four-week master schedule, adjust staffing for budget and census changes, and coordinate PTO, holidays, and shift trades while onboarding new staff and supporting direct patient care when needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1-3 Years of relevant experience preferred.
• Current valid CNA, QMA, LPN or RN credential; non-clinical candidates considered with appropriate experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates the campus four-week Master set schedule and posts per policy.
• Makes staffing adjustments per budget, census, calls-offs, and leave.
• Manages PTO, holiday rotations, and shift trades.
• Generates postings such as BIPA, daily assignment sheets, and monthly schedules.
• Manages nursing hours (PPD) and staff ratio to census.
• Manages Time and Attendance, attendance points, buy-backs, and shift incentives.
• Uses Smartlinx to post and fill open shifts and communicate with employees.
• Meets new employees to review schedules and onboarding needs.
• Provide direct patient care as needed per license scope.
