Job summary

Trilogy Health Services seeks an experienced LPN to assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in planning and directing the nursing service schedule. The role ensures staffing aligns with regulatory guidelines and patient needs within the campus environment.

You will review schedules, coordinate shifts and leaves, and support onboarding while contributing to patient care as needed. The position offers comprehensive Thrive benefits and competitive weekly pay. This role is onsite in Maumee, OH.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state LPN license.
• Current, valid CPR certification required.
• 1-3 years prior experience in scheduling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates the campus’ four (4) week Master set schedule and posts schedule in accordance with the Campus Hourly Scheduling policy.
• Makes staffing adjustments as needed according to budgetary constraints, census fluctuations, calls-offs, and pre-planned leaves.
• Manages, supports, and coordinates employees' PTO requests, holiday rotations, and shift trades.
• Generates all required postings such as BIPA, daily assignment sheets, and monthly schedules.
• Manages nursing hours (PPD) and proper staff ratio to census.
• Manages Time and Attendance, including Attendance points, buy-backs, and shift pick up incentives.
• Utilizes Smartlinx’s functionality; including posting open shifts, filling open shifts, and employee messaging.
• Meets each new employee to review their schedule, ask what needs they have, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Provide direct patient care as needed and participate in the campus on-call rotation.
