Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a dedicated Scheduling Coordinator to support the Director of Nursing in planning and directing the nursing service schedule. You will ensure staffing aligns with regulations and patient care needs, while maintaining efficient operations.

The role emphasizes onboarding new staff, coordinating PTO and leaves, and utilizing scheduling software to post and manage shifts. This position is onsite at The Lakes of Monclova in Maumee, OH.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state LPN license.
• Current, valid CPR certification required.
• 1-3 years prior experience in scheduling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates the four-week Master schedule and posts it per policy.
• Makes staffing adjustments per budget, census, calls-offs, and leaves.
• Manages PTO requests, holiday rotations, and shift trades.
