Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing the nursing service schedule. Onsite at Novi Lakes Health Campus, you will manage four-week master schedules and adjust staffing to meet budget and census needs.

Responsibilities include PTO and shift trades, onboarding new staff, and ensuring proper staffing ratios. You may provide direct patient care as needed within your licensure scope.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Candidate should have a current valid state CNA, QMA, LPN or RN credential. Non-clinical candidates will be considered with appropriate experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates the campus' four (4) week Master set schedule and posts it per policy.
• Makes staffing adjustments based on budget, census, call-offs, and leave.
• Manages PTO requests, holiday rotations, and shift trades.
• Generates postings such as BIPA, daily assignment sheets, and monthly schedules.
• Manages nursing hours (PPD) and staff ratio to census.
• Manages Time and Attendance including attendance points and buy-backs.
• Uses Smartlinx to post and fill open shifts and communicate with employees.
• Meets new employees to review schedules and onboarding needs.
• Provide direct patient care as needed within licensure scope.
