Qualifications

• Must have a high-school diploma or equivalent.
• Scheduling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain schedule for CNAs and nurses (RNs/LPNs).
• Reduce overtime in coordination with the DON/ADON and HR Director.
• Assist in hiring new CNAs and Nurses as needed.
• Maintain accurate time records and monitor attendance.
• Order and stock medical supplies for the facility.
• Keep nurses stations stocked with necessary supplies.
• Organize nurse stations weekly.
• Organize all rented equipment and return when not in use.
• Assist with resident transport scheduling and escort needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
