Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain schedule for CNAs and Nurses (RNs/LPNs).
• Reduce overtime in nursing dept in coordination with DON/ADON and HR.
• Assist in hiring CNAs and Nurses with DON/ADON and HR.
• Maintain accurate time records; monitor attendance.
• Order and stock medical supplies for the facility.
• Ensure nurses stations are stocked and organized weekly.
• Organize rented equipment and return when not in use.
• Assist with scheduling for resident transport and escorts.
• Other duties as assigned.
