Arcadia Care is seeking a Central Supply/Medical Records professional to support our nursing department. You will coordinate staffing for CNAs, RNs, and LPNs, manage attendance records, and oversee supply orders and equipment returns to keep the facility well supplied.

You will collaborate with the DON/ADON and HR to optimize overtime and staffing while maintaining high professional standards in communications and organization.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high-school diploma or equivalent.
• Scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Resourceful, tactful, and proactive in addressing issues.

Responsabilités

• Maintain schedule for Certified Nursing Assistants (C.N.A.s) and Nurses (RNs and LPNs).
• Reduce overtime in the nursing department in coordination with the DON/ADON and HR Director.
• Assist in hiring new C.N.A.s and Nurses as needed, communicating with DON/ADON and HR.
• Maintain accurate time records and monitor attendance (Call-Offs, Tardies, No Call/No Shows).
• Order and stock medical supplies for the facility; ensure nurses stations are stocked.
• Organize nurse stations weekly; manage rented equipment and returns.
• Assist with resident transport scheduling and escort needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Join the Arcadia on the Hill team as a Central Supply/Medical Records professional! As a key member of our nursing department, you will be responsible for ensuring appropriate staffing for our facility while maintaining staffing regulations. You will also communicate effectively with all staff, track Nursing employees' concerns, and maintain and order medical supplies as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain schedule for Certified Nursing Assistants (C.N.A.s) and Nurses (RNs and LPNs)
• Reduce overtime to the best of your ability in the nursing department in conjunction with the DON/Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) and Human Resources Director
• Assist in hiring new C.N.A.s and Nurses on an as needed basis communicating with the DON/ADON and HR Director
• Maintain accurate time records for the nursing department; ensuring to monitor attendance (Call-Offs, Tardies, and No Call, No Shows)
• Responsible for timely ordering and stocking of medical supplies for the facility
• Ensure that all nurses stations are stocked with the necessary supplies
• Organize nurse's stations on a weekly basis
• Organize all rented equipment (i.e. beds, wheelchairs, etc.,) and send back when not in use
• Assist with schedule and transport of residents and assist with scheduling for escort needs
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous scheduling experience desired
