Jersey College in New Jersey seeks a Nursing Instructor to provide high-quality classroom, laboratory, simulation, and clinical instruction for LPN/PN and RN students. The instructor creates a supportive learning environment, evaluates student performance, and guides students in developing knowledge, skills, and professional behaviors.

The ideal candidate is an RN with an MSN or higher, an active state license, and at least three years of clinical experience.

Qualificações

• MSN or higher nursing degree required.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the applicable state.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent professional RN experience.
• Clinical experience relevant to the nursing courses and clinical experiences being taught.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver classroom, laboratory, simulation, and clinical instruction to LPN/PN and RN students.
• Provide clinical instruction at long-term care, sub-acute, and acute clinical sites.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters students' academic growth and professional development.
• Evaluate student performance and clinical competence based on program standards.
• Prepare accurate and timely student progress and grade reports.
• Maintain attendance records and collaborate with faculty and clinical partners.
