Jersey College is seeking an experienced Nursing Instructor to deliver high-quality instruction and clinical education to LPN/PN and RN students across classroom, lab, simulation, and clinical settings.

The successful candidate will guide students in developing essential knowledge, skills, and professional behaviors, with a focus on student success and practice readiness. Collaboration with faculty and clinical partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires BSN or higher nursing degree and active RN license in the applicable state.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent professional RN experience.
• Clinical experience relevant to the nursing courses being taught.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical instruction for LPN/PN and RN students.
• Provide clinical instruction at long-term care, sub-acute, and acute sites.
• Create a positive learning environment and evaluate student performance.
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and grade reports.
• Collaborate with faculty and campus administration to support student achievement.
• Attend faculty and program-based meetings and pursue ongoing professional development.
