Jersey College offers nursing education across multiple campuses and seeks an experienced Nursing Instructor to join our team. You will deliver classroom, laboratory, simulation, and clinical instruction to LPN/PN and RN students, evaluate performance, and guide students toward professional nursing practice.

The ideal candidate holds an MSN or higher, a current RN license, and at least 3 years of clinical experience with a passion for education and student success.

Qualifications

• MSN or higher nursing degree required.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the applicable state.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent professional RN experience.
• Experience in nursing education preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and clinical instruction to LPN/PN and RN students.
• Provide clinical instruction at long-term care, sub-acute, and acute sites.
• Create a positive learning environment and evaluate student performance.
• Prepare progress and grade reports and maintain attendance records.
• Collaborate with faculty, administration, and clinical partners.
