Jersey College seeks an experienced Nursing Instructor to deliver high-quality instruction to LPN/PN and RN students across classroom, lab, simulation, and clinical settings. Qualifications

• MSN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active, unrestricted RN license in the applicable state.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent RN experience.
• Clinical experience relevant to taught courses and clinicals.
• Demonstrated knowledge in a nursing specialty contributing to student learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical instruction to LPN/PN and RN students as assigned.
• Deliver clinical instruction at long-term care, sub-acute, and acute sites.
• Create a supportive learning environment and evaluate student performance.
• Prepare accurate progress and grade reports and maintain attendance records.
• Collaborate with faculty and clinical partners and participate in required meetings.
