Chamberlain University seeks an accomplished Dean, Academic Affairs (Nursing) to lead the management, delivery and continuity of the BSN program. You will build and empower a high-performing faculty and academic support team, ensuring curricula stay current and meet objectives while driving student success and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in nursing required; doctoral degree preferred.
• 5+ years nursing education experience with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, conflict resolution and computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management.
• Strategic thinking and policy interpretation.
• Current unencumbered RN licensure.

Responsabilités

• Provide academic leadership for BSN curriculum development, evaluation and improvement to meet standards.
• Drive BSN student outcomes (NCLEX pass rates, persistence, graduation, satisfaction).
• Ensure curriculum delivery meets accreditation standards through rigorous evaluation.
• Lead faculty development, mentoring, evaluation and performance reviews per policies.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and retention of faculty and associate deans.
• Coordinate with central administration and regulatory bodies to ensure program compliance and communication.
