Chamberlain University in the United States is seeking an Associate Dean Academic Affairs for the BSN Online Program to mentor and lead academic operations. This full-time role partners with the Dean to execute BSN goals, develop faculty, ensure teaching standards, and support student success through data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities include implementing academic strategy, managing faculty schedules, budgeting, and ensuring accreditation standards while embedding Chamberlain Care

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing is required.
• Doctoral degree in nursing or medical field preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years in nursing education at the BSN level or higher.
• 2+ years in simulation/clinical experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• 2+ years in acute care/trauma/emergency and/or medical-surgical settings preferred.
• Demonstrated recruiting and onboarding skills.
• Unencumbered nursing licensure required.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day academic operations and supervise faculty.
• Partner with the Dean on BSN program strategic execution.
• Develop faculty performance and maintain teaching standards.
• Coordinate budgets and allocate resources.
• Ensure accreditation standards and regulatory compliance.
