Job summary

Chamberlain University seeks an Associate Dean of Nursing, Academic Affairs in Houston to lead day-to-day academic operations and supervise faculty within Academic Leadership. The role partners with the Dean on BSN program goals and ensures teaching standards and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include curriculum delivery oversight, data-informed decisions, budget collaboration, and expansion of academic initiatives with agility and vision, aligned to Chamberlain Care®.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in nursing is required; doctoral degree preferred.
• Unencumbered professional nursing licensure required.
• 2+ years of nursing education at bachelor level or above.
• 2+ years in simulation/clinical experience development/participation.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day academic operations and supervise faculty.
• Ensure accreditation standards and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate budget planning and resource management.
• Support curriculum change and program expansion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and boards.
