Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing is required; doctoral degree preferred.
• Unencumbered nursing licensure is required.
• 2+ years nursing education at bachelor level or above.
• 2+ years in simulation/clinical experience development.
• 2+ years leadership experience.
• Strong budgeting, resource management, and change leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day academic operations and supervise assigned faculty.
• Partner with the Dean on strategic execution of BSN program goals.
• Develop faculty performance and maintain teaching standards.
• Contribute to student success through data-informed decisions and curriculum delivery.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain qualified faculty for program excellence.
• Lead performance management for faculty and manage budgets.
• Ensure curriculum delivery meets accreditation benchmarks and standards.
• Support clinical placement of nursing students and coordinate across campuses.
