Job summary

Chamberlain University in Las Vegas is seeking a Dean of Academic Affairs for Nursing to shape the BSN program strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement. You will inspire faculty, champion student success, and ensure graduates meet evolving healthcare needs.

As a transformational leader, you will build a high-performing academic team, maintain compliance with accreditation standards, and partner with campus and university leaders to drive program growth and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Doctoral Degree is preferred.
• Current, unencumbered RN license or multi-state privilege to practice nursing is required.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing education experience with at least 3 years in progressive academic leadership.
• Experience leading faculty, academic operations, curriculum delivery, and student success initiatives.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BSN curriculum development, delivery, evaluation, and ongoing improvement.
• Ensure alignment with university standards, accreditation requirements, and regulatory expectations.
• Drive strategies to support NCLEX success, retention, graduation, and student satisfaction.
• Build and mentor a high-performing faculty and academic leadership team.
